Why Attend DEAL 2018?

Ernst & Young

Ernst and Young (EY) is more than a global provider of advisory, assurance, tax, and transaction services valued at over 31 billion dollars. With a long list of awards and accolades, including being named in this year’s FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®,” EY consistently receives recognition for their disability employment efforts. Having been ranked the 2018 Best Company for People with Disabilities by DiversityInc, DRT is pleased to announce Paul Weissert, Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY as the 2018 keynote speaker at DEAL.

Paul Weissert, CPA works locally in Ernst & Young’s Nashville office and has over 12 years’ experience with the company specializing in services for the healthcare industry among others. In addition to his client service role, he serves as the champion for individuals with disabilities in the Nashville office. This year Paul was appointed to the national steering committee for EY’s AccessAbilities network. He attended the 2018 National US Business Leadership Network’s (USBLN) conference as a representative of the firm and learned about the crucial role business plays in the success of disability employment to leverage a stronger workforce.

Paul’s enthusiasm for disability employment is influenced by his personal experience growing up with a sister with a disability. Along with being a disability employment champion at EY, Paul serves as the President of the Board of Autism Tennessee and has been involved with the organization since 2014.
