Legal Representation

Sometimes the help you may need is more than you can handle alone and requires the help assistance of an attorney. When Tennesseans living with disabilities and/or mental illness need legal representation, DRT may be able to help.

How We Help

Sometimes protecting your rights requires legal action. We provide free legal support to Tennesseans with disabilities and mental illness.

We help with education, policy input, and legal advocacy to ensure individuals receive the rights and services they deserve.
