- STEP Inc. – Information, education and services for transition age youth
- Transition Tennessee – A free professional development and educational portal where service providers and families can gain information to promote successful transitions for students with disabilities.
- TennesseeWorks – A partnership to connect employment opportunities across the state. An online employment resource for Tennesseans with disabilities.
- Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) – A federal and state-funded program to help people with disabilities gain or return to work.
- Transition School to Work Program (TSW) – A VR program focused on assisting high school students with disabilities who wish to work after leaving high school.
- Employment and Community First CHOICES – A Medicaid waiver program that provides long-term services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as support achieving their employment and community living goals.
